Prof. Joanna KULCZYCKA – Head and founder of the Division of Strategic Research and Department of Circular Economy at MEERI Polish Academy of Sciences,  and professor  at the Academy of Krakow, Faculty of Management. She has authored of over 250 publications including
1st book about LCA in Polish, 1st Polish Minerals Yearbook, and more than 100 scientific research articles on raw material, circular economy, energy and waste management, eco-efficiency of industrial processes, CSR.

She has been involved in different PL and EU projects, i.e.  MinFruture,  European Waste Management, Difass, SigmaforWater, BattValue, RMSmanager  Bioren, Greenoffshoretech, Sitrans, Minteco, Vaorwaste.

She is an member of  UNEP Resource Panel, and  Advisory Board of Ministry of Climate and Environment. She is also President of Waste Management and Recycling Cluster – Key National Cluster in Poland
