Jarosław Grobelny doesn’t just talk about the green transformation – he does it. With over 20 years of experience in waste management, he combines innovation, technology and practical thinking to achieve a real impact on the environment. As President of the Management Board of Intereko Energia Sp. z o.o., Vice President of Intereco Energy LLC and Managing Partner at USCGD, he leads projects that transform waste into resources and turn circular economy goals into tangible results.

He is a member of the Program Council of the UNGC Poland Network and the Stakeholder Council at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Wrocław. Jarosław builds bridges between science and business and is not afraid to ask difficult questions. He works with non-governmental organizations on different continents, helping communities gain access to clean energy and environmental education where it matters most.

In 2022-2023, he was awarded the Waste Management Specialist of the Year and Entrepreneurial awards. An expert in alternative fuels, ethical leadership, and science-industry cooperation, he believes the future belongs to those who act locally, think globally, and do more than talk about sustainability.
