Robin Szustkowski graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He began his professional career in a family office, where he was responsible for cross-border transactions involving luxury recreational assets and the implementation of international estate planning strategies. He subsequently spent seven years as a partner in a Warsaw-based real estate development group, where he oversaw tax optimisation processes, key transactions, and supervised corporate finance and residential investment activities. After leaving the real estate sector, he pursued an MBA at INSEAD in Paris, followed by a year as a consultant at
Bain & Company. Since 2019, he has been involved with the Zklaster Group, an industrial cluster focused on renewable energy and e-mobility.
Privately, he is an off-road rally driver, tennis enthusiast, and advocate of a healthy lifestyle.
He was awarded the Polish national flag by President Bronisław Komorowski in recognition of his contribution to the development of Polish motorsport.
