We are delighted that participants of the EUIndTech2025 conference will have the opportunity to explore the Małopolska region and its capital city, Kraków. To mark this occasion, two dedicated information stands—representing the Małopolska Region and the City of Kraków—will be available at the Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University.
Małopolska Region Stand
A variety of attractions and informational materials will be available to encourage participants to discover and visit Małopolska. The Małopolska Tourism Organization will showcase the region’s rich cultural heritage and tourist highlights. Thanks to virtual reality technology, visitors will be able to experience the region’s natural beauty, biodiversity, and cultural diversity without leaving the venue.
Experts from the European Funds Information Point will be on hand to provide guidance on available EU funding opportunities—for example, grants for business development, improving energy efficiency through renewable energy solutions, as well as professional development courses and vocational training.
Participants will also have the opportunity to test their knowledge about the region by taking part in fun quizzes with prizes, which will be conducted during breaks in the conference sessions.
City of Kraków Stand
Comprehensive information about the capital of Małopolska will be provided by representatives from the Kraków City Hall. Be sure not to miss the chance to taste the traditional obwarzanek krakowski (Kraków pretzel), which will be distributed at the stand.
Thanks to the cooperation with the City of Kraków, conference participants will also benefit from:
Free Public Transportation
We encourage all participants to make use of free public transportation within Kraków, available from 00:00 PM on Sunday, 1 June, until 00:00 PM on Wednesday, 4 June. To access this benefit, participants must carry either their conference badge or a QR code with hologram issued during registration via the accreditation system.
