Agnieszka Wicha holds a PhD in Law and is a graduate in both Law and International Relations. She serves as Advisor to the Management Board of the Polish Bank Association (Związek Banków Polskich) and is also affiliated with the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
For over a decade, she has been professionally engaged in the banking sector, with a focus on capital markets, financial instruments trading, sustainable finance, and banking ethics. Since 2012, she has served as a Secretary of the Banking Ethics Commission at
the Polish Bank Association. She is actively involved in national and European expert groups addressing these areas.
In parallel with her work in the banking industry, she pursues academic activities at
the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. Her research interests include European Union and international law, with particular emphasis on the regulation of financial markets.
She teaches courses in EU law, international law, and their economic and financial dimensions. She is a regular participant in national and international scientific conferences and the author of numerous academic publications.
