Anna Kornecka is the former Deputy Minister of Development, Labour and Technology (2020–2021), where she was responsible for construction, spatial planning, housing, and renewable energy. She currently serves as President of the ESG Impact Network Association. She is the initiator and co-author of the Decalogue of the Polish Energy Transition. A strong advocate of citizen energy, the development of renewables, and sustainable growth, she is also a legal counsel and author of books and professional publications. For many years, she ran her own law firm, advising companies and local governments. She lectures at the Krakow University of Economics, the University of Economics in Katowice, and the University of Wrocław.
