Francisco Ramires, born on April 17, 1968 in Vila Real de Santo António (Portugal), holds a degree in Economics and a Master in Management and Industrial Strategy from the Lisbon School of Economics & Management. He is currently Director of the Planning, Evaluation and Strategy Unit of the Management Board of the Innovation Digital Transition Program (COMPETE 2030), where he is responsible for the programming and management of European funds in support of the competitiveness and internationalization of enterprises.
He held the position of Technical Specialist in the Cabinet of the Minister of Planning in the 22nd Constitutional Government of Portugal and in the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance in the 21st and 22nd Constitutional Governments.
