Dr. Kasia Nicholson is a dedicated researcher and practitioner specializing in the management of digital innovation, with a focus on transitioning emerging technologies from lab-based research to practical societal impact. She holds a PhD in Business Management from Jagiellonian University, where her doctoral work explored the effective implementation of digital innovation in complex systems.

Her current work centers on advancing the design and deployment of digital health technologies—particularly AI and Human Digital Twins—ensuring they are impactful, user-centered, and sustainable. At Sano – Centre for Computational Medicine, she leads medical innovation and communication efforts, developing digital solutions that strengthen healthcare resilience.
