Przemek Szuder is Honeywell’s President for Central & Eastern Europe, with broad responsibilities for leading Honeywell’s business across a diverse set of +20 geographies that include Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania & Ukraine. 

Przemek joined Honeywell in 2024. Prior to this, he worked for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he served as Managing Director of CEE and CIS regions. In this role, he was building AWS presence in the area including infrastructure investments into datacenters. 

Earlier in his career, Przemek was with Microsoft, where he held a series of senior leadership roles between 2009 and 2018. Prior to that, he was a CFO for Dell in Poland and held several finance positions in Procter & Gamble. 

Przemek holds an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne. He graduated from the Poznan University of Economics, with a master’s degree in corporate management. He defines his core job today as helping the customers to manage technology and cultural shifts.
