Rita Campos (f) has a PhD in Industrial Information Systems from NOVA School of Science and Technology and more than 20 years of experience in EU-funded research projects. She has been a researcher in knowledge management, expert systems, intelligent decision support, cyber physical systems, reasoning, data analysis, IoT and artificial intelligence, applied in several sectors, namely manufacturing, healthcare and agri-food. In addition, Rita worked in requirements, software specification, and development, bridging IT teams and the end-users. She was an invited PhD collaborator in the NOVA School of Science and Technology, lecturing classes in Control and Decision. Rita has managed technical work in many research projects, ran open calls and coordinated FP7, H2020 and HE projects, being very involved in developing proposals. Currently, Rita is an EU Projects Expert at F6S, working as a project developer.
